Amend order of Summary Administration Palm Beach County

My mother died testate and I successfully filed for summary administration in Palm Beach County, Florida. I have the completed order from the Palm Beach County Court. But we discovered an additional asset. It still has us just under the $75,000 limit. How do I amend the order to include the new asset?

Amended Summary Administration Petition

Betty,
There may be more specific procedures in Palm Beach County, check with the clerk of court to be sure. In general, you would need to file an Amended Petition to include the newly discovered asset, along with a new proposed order.
