Alonzo, Family court cases are frequently re-opened for modification or enforcement. If you need to enforce what is already in the court order, then it is a Motion for Civil Contempt/ Enforcement. If you need to change (modify) what is in the court order, then you need to file a Supplemental Petition for Modification of Child Custody, Timesharing, and Other Relief. Both of these documents are available on the Florida Supreme Court's site - www.flcourts.org . And you will need to file additional forms along with either of them. If you need help preparing your documents, please contact us at 800-515-0496.
