Pam, You very likely need to find another attorney. Unless the estate is small, and you are using Summary Administration of Estate procedure the court requires you to hire an attorney. Also, you are already in an adversarial position, and the other side most likely already has an attorney. This sounds like one of those cases, where we strongly urge you to seek counsel.
