Hi Louise, We checked on the Florida Supreme Court's site and there is no specific form to respond to a Motion for Civil Contempt/ Enforcement. Since it is a motion, you would generally file an objection to the motion. Unfortunately, there are not any specific forms for pro se litigants for objections either. My suggestion is that if you need to respond, use the same format as an answer, there are several types of answers on the Florida Supreme Court's site - www.flcourts.org - and change the title of the pleading to objection to motion for civil contempt.
