Hi Janet, The central petition is on the Florida Supreme Court's site (www.flcourts.org) and is called Petition to Disestablish Paternity Form 951a. The form instructions state: "This form should be used by a man who wishes to disestablish paternity or terminate a child support obligation because he is not the biological father of the child(ren)." There are specific facts and circumstances that must be present for the petition to be successful.
